Why can I not log in after registration?
The most common mistake is entering a username with illegal special characters. If this has happened, your e-mail address will be blocked for security reasons after logging in with an incorrect user name. Hence the request to proceed carefully here and really only use letters. If you still have problems, please contact our support.

Why is my vehicle not listed in the offer?
You must not forget to activate your listing after entering it. Your offer will only become available in the Fahrzeug-Scout database after your confirmation.

Are you looking for a vehicle?
If you are looking for a vehicle, you must select a category on the homepage of Fahrzeug-Scout. For example, under "_" you will find a corresponding form in which you can describe the vehicle you are looking for. By clicking “Search”, all found vehicles will be listed on an overview page. You can refine your search, for example by limiting it to your region. You also have the option to compare search results. To do this, select your preferred vehicles and then click the “compare” button. If your questions on this topic have not been answered, please contact our support team.

Do you want to list your vehicle?
If you want to sell a vehicle, you must first register. Fahrzeug-Scout is free of charge for private listings. As a commercial provider, you can list any number of vehicles. The fees for paid listings can be found in the respective package price in our price list. You can start listing your vehicles immediately after registration. You will receive our invoice within 2 weeks after your booking. For further questions on this topic, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Do you want to register with Fahrzeug-Scout?
To register, you must enter personal data such as your phone number or email address correctly, as our database will later also use this information when displaying your listings. For further questions on this topic, our support team will be happy to assist you.
6.
Listing fees!
Private customers can list a vehicle free of charge for 4 weeks. The listing fees for commercial providers can be found in our price list. The duration of a commercial booking is 30 days. It is automatically extended by a further 30 days unless the booked package is cancelled two weeks before the end of the term. Setting up your account is free of charge. 7.
Terms / Duration!
Commercial listings are not automatically deleted. After a sale or after the end of the listing period, they must be removed from the database by the provider themselves via the internal area.
